Mercy did electrical work for our recent kitchen/bedroom remodel, and they did a fantastic job. There were a few particularly tricky issues and they did a great job solving them, always making sure that we were 100% satisfied before moving on. They're also easy to work/schedule with and unfailingly courteous - everyone I dealt with from the company was awesome. As a family of four, living in San Francisco with a single-family home, I was looking for an electrician to take care of a few electrician tasks that I didn't want to pay a premium for. The Mercy team did a EV charger installation and also added a few new low-voltage ethernet ports throughout the house. They did an incredible job with the installation, with thoughtful consideration for weatherproofing the exterior changes they needed to make, minimized exposure for all of the in-wall changes, and also made sure the project was completed fully with patching and painting.
